We are an EU company and work GDPR-compliant. Account, data and files sit in Frankfurt, the applications run in Amsterdam — both EU regions. For AI generation, prompts and images go to our AI processors in the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses and without training on your data. Every detail, with its clause, is on our security page.

No. Clause 12.3 of our terms rules it out: your inputs and results are not used to train general AI models — ours or anyone else's. Our AI providers have committed to the same contractually.

We use leading models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and others, chosen per task — so you get the best model for the job without juggling multiple subscriptions.

Torch Listings is live: listing optimization, social media posts and social ad creatives, from real market data and in your brand kit. Torch Studio is live too and turns one product photo into images in your channels' formats. Torch Core is live as well: channels in one place, finances at a glance and virtual bundles. Agentic, at TorchTechnology, means: a multi-step AI workflow reads the market, reviews and competitors, produces the content and checks every claim. You approve. Through MCP and the REST API, Claude, Codex and other AI agents can use Torch's tools too.
